Non business hours: An additional fee of $ 10.00 applies to all orders which involve a pick up or drop off, between the hours 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM, or $ 15.00 between 7:00 PM and 12:00 AM and if between 12:00 AM and 7:30 AM or on any Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, the additional fee is $ 20.00 for 2 hour service and $ 25.00 for less than 2 hour service

Waiting time: We allow 15 minutes of free waiting time. However, if the total amount of waiting exceeds 15 minutes, the additional fee is $ 4.95 per fifteen minute interval or fraction thereof, and is retroactive to minute one

Box and carton: If truck/car required to pickup/deliver boxes or any object, regular Zone Rates apply. (Add $5.00 if Downtown bicycle courier picks up - MACH 5 Rush! only)

Weight charges: Shipments weighing more than 50 pounds are accessed an additional fee of $0.10 per pound

Loading/unloading: 15 Minutes allowed; $20.00 per hour retroactive from time of arrival, to be calculated in 15 - minute intervals ($ 0.33 per minute)

Wrong address: Add $3.00 if new address found in same building, add $10.00 if at different location within 3 miles of original address given - if further, new rate will apply

Notary fee: An additional fee of $10.00 applies. (per notarized signature)

Medical center: An additional fee of $ 4.00 applies when either pick up or drop is inside a medical institution

Apartment building: An additional fee of $ 2.00 applies when either pick up or drop is inside an apartment building

Bus/airline: An additional fee of $ 5.00 applies when either pick up or drop is inside a a bus or airline terminal

Advance money: An additional fee of $ 2.00 or 10 percent (whichever is higher) of advanced cash amount, applies when our courier is required to advance cash

Collect on delivery: An additional fee of $3.00 applies

Note: The above additional charges are in addition to all applicable base delivery rates. Packages that are delayed due to traffic conditions and or bad weather conditions are beyond our control. Canceled deliveries are charged according to drivers location at time of cancellation. All return trips are charged at normal delivery rate.
